Are you licensed, bonded, or insured?
We currently maintain a Commercial Insurance Policy as well as a “Fidelity Bond.” At this time the State of South Carolina does not require or issue a license for window treatment installers.
Do you accept credit cards?
No. At this time we accept cash and personal or business checks as payment for our services.
What do you charge per hour?
With the exception of our special situations, like our Repair Services, we do not charge by the hour. We feel that using a flat fee value-based approach is better for our customers because they only have to pay for actual work being done. We will gladly provide you with an estimate prior to any work we start.
Do you have a price list you can send me?
We will gladly send you a copy of our complete price list. Please email your request to info@southeastinstalls.com. You can also download a shortened version of our price list from the “Resources & Downloads” section of our website.
Do you use sub-contractors?
Occasionally we will call upon other installers in the area to assist us. However, we only use installers that can provide the same quality of workmanship that we expect of ourselves. We do thorough background checks and verify the qualifications of anyone we work with. Regardless of the employment status of the installers on your project, you will only be conducting business with South East Installation Solutions and we guarantee the workmanship and your satisfaction with the end result of the project.
What areas do you work in?
Our headquarters is just outside of Greenville, South Carolina. Our primary coverage zone includes the Greenville, Spartanburg, and Anderson communities in the upstate of South Carolina. For more information please review our coverage zones powered by Google Maps.
I don’t have a lot to install, will you come out to hang just one or two items?
Yes. We like to say that there is no window too tall and no job too small. Most of the smaller jobs will fall under our Minimum Trip charge. We try to provide the most value for the money our customers spend, so it is always more advantageous for us to install more items for you, but yes, we will certainly
come out to hang whatever you need us to hang.
How long have you been in business?
Our owner, James Holloway, started this company in July 2009 after working as an installer and sales rep for almost 10 years at another firm.
Do you sell window treatments?
Our company is primarily an installation company. However, we have developed relationships with other companies in the area so that if you need to order custom window treatments, we can connect you with those resources. We will gladly measure your windows for you so that you may purchase your window treatments from the company of your choice.
