We believe that being "on time" and keeping an appointment are indispensable qualities in business. That is why we provide all of our customers a thirty minute window letting them know when we will be there and we call to confirm the appointment the day before, just in case.

We require all of our installers to dress appropriately and behave in a professional manner at all times while on an appointment. We prefer to quickly and quietly go about our work with as little disruption to our clients daily routine as possible.

We will only start work we are trained and qualified to perform and will complete any work we start in a timely manner. And we are stay up to date on the latest developments and training in our industry to provide the maximum benefit to our customers.
We do it at the right price.
We know you work hard for your money and we want to provide you with the best value for the money you spend on our services. That's why we do things at no additional charge that some companies only offer as a "premium" service - such as wearing shoe covers or keeping our toolboxes on a dropcloth. And since we use a "per item" pricing model not an hourly rate for our installations, you only pay for actual work being done.
